PADDLE RIDE ADVENTURE: TERMS OF SERVICE

1. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
A reservation is confirmed only after full payment. We do not offer equipment rentals; all bookings are for guided tour services. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the confirmation email and notify the Company of errors within 24 hours.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund eligibility is strictly determined by the timestamp of the written request:

48+ Hours Notice: 100% Refund.

24–48 Hours Notice: 50% Refund.

Less than 24 Hours / No-Shows: Non-Refundable.

Note: This policy applies regardless of illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.

3. WEATHER & SAFETY (RAIN OR SHINE)
Tours operate in rain, snow, or shine. The Company reserves the sole right to cancel due to extreme/unsafe conditions. If the Company cancels, a full refund or reschedule is offered. Customer “discomfort” with safe weather conditions is not grounds for a refund.

4. LATE ARRIVAL
Tours depart promptly. Late arrivals are considered “No-Shows”. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to account for traffic, parking, and locating the meeting point.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW
By participating, the customer voluntarily assumes all risks. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in courts within the State of Wisconsin.

6. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & DISPUTES
By completing this booking, the customer authorizes the charge and acknowledges that “clicking to accept” constitutes full authorization. In the event of a dispute, this agreement and the associated electronic logs serve as proof of purchase and consent.
